Visa Run

For those of you who are already familiar with the Visa Run trips will know all about the journey to Ranong. I am off tomorrow morning at about 6:30 where I will jump on a mini bus with about 9 other foreigners or Farang as the Thais call us.

One issue that I feel needs to be addressed first is about the current political situation here in Thailand. Because of all the press coverage around the world depicting Thailand as a very unsafe place to visit everyone has a bad impression towards this amazing country.

Phuket Blogging... First post.

After much thought and as I seem to have more time on my hands these days, I have decided to start writing a blog. The main topic will be about life in and around Phuket, Thailand. But knowing me I will probably slide off the subject and into various other topics... but whatever it is I hope it is interesting and you continue to follow me on my travels through life.
